Pk 37ct and serial number B000000 27. Graded 68 Premium Paper Quality Superb Gem New by PCGS. According to PMG Population Report, there is no record of any other note having a higher grade of 67. Impeccable note with perfect margins and excellent color!

Black serial number on the front side. The word "SPECIMEN" is printed in bold red on both sides of the note.

Two perforated holes towards the bottom. Kept in wonderful condition for almost 6 decades!
