Perfectly centered and margined paper with bold colors on extremely crisp white paper! Black serial number on the front. The word "SPECIMEN" printed in bold red color at center on both sides. Embossing is easily seen through the PCGS holder! Bermuda petrel or cahow at center.

Sailboats at left center, buildings at upper right on the reverse side. Signature titles are CHAIRMAN and MANAGING DIRECTOR. Queen Elizabeth II elegant portrait at right, looking 3/4 to left. Tuna fish as the watermark.
