Graded 69 PPQ (Premium Paper Quality) Superb Gem New by PCGS with a total popualtion of 10 and this banknote having a population of one at this grade level and no other graded finer, finest known according to pmg population report. ONE point away from being PERFECT. Decent sized note with beautiful, bright bold colors on crisp paper with nearly perfect margins! Red serial number on the front seen twice. Embossing is clearly seen through the PCGS holder!

Multi color fibers seen on the front and back of the note! OVERPRINT: NOVO KWANZA on bill dated 11.11.1987. Portrait of conjoined bust of Jose Eduardo dos Santos and Antonio Agostinho Neto at right and as watermark. Arms at lower left on back. José Eduardo dos Santos is an Angolan politician who has been President of Angola since 1979. As President, José Eduardo dos Santos is also the commander in chief of the Angolan Armed Forces. António Agostinho Neto served as the 1st President of Angola, having led the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola in the war for independence.
