Specimen banknote graded 67 Premium Paper Quality Superb Gem New by PCGS and there is only one in 67 accounted for in PMG, ultimately making this the second known, with none graded finer according to PMG Population Report! The word "SPECIMEN" in bold red on the front side. Red serial number on the front of the note. António Agostinho Neto served as the first President of Angola, having led the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola in the war for independence.
